You want a clear answer to what your product does and who it is for, without reading code or hunting through docs. featury writes that summary for you and keeps it current as your product changes.
You can find it in two places. The About the product tab in your product map shows the full version, with a headline, a short pitch, what the product does, and who it is for. The Overview shows the same text in a shorter card.
What to expect
When you open About the product, you will see one of four states. It is loading, it is being written, it failed to finish, or no summary has been written yet.
If no summary exists yet, the page says so. If you are a manager, you will see a Write now option to create it.
If writing fails, the About card opens on its own so you can try again. You can also ask for a new version or correct the text, and the same options work from both the full tab and the Overview card.
The summary updates on its own only when what it shows changes, such as which features exist, what each one is for, or how they are grouped. Small edits that do not change that picture do not trigger a rewrite.
