Approve new signup requests with one click from your email, without signing in.
You can approve new signups without signing in. When someone requests access, you get an email with an approval link you can click once to approve them.
This is useful if you manage access and want to respond quickly from your inbox.
What to expect
Each approval link works one time. Click the link in the email to approve the request. You do not need to be signed in.
If you open a link that was already used, you will see a message that the link has expired. That means the request was already handled and you do not need to do anything else.
Who needs approval
Only people who sign up on their own need your approval. People you invite to your team are already inside and do not need approval.
The email goes to your administrators, so the right people are notified when a new request arrives.
