Ask about a specific feature

You can ask a question about exactly what you are looking at, without retyping the background.

On any feature page, choose Ask about this. You are taken to chat with a question about that feature already filled in for you.

What to expect:

• The chat starts a new conversation focused on that feature, so your past chats stay as they were.
• You can send the filled-in question as is, or edit it first to ask what you really want to know.
• If you click Ask about this again for another feature, the question box updates to the new feature.

This is useful when you want detail on one part of your product without describing which feature you mean.
