See when a request is being built

See when your request is still being built and when it is done and waiting to go live.

Published

You can see at a glance when your request is being worked on, so you know whether to wait or check back later.

When work has started on a request, you will see Building on it. That means the change is still in progress and not finished yet.

When the work is finished and is waiting to go live with the next update, you will see Almost live instead. You only see Almost live when there is nothing else still open for the same part of the product.

Open the request to see more detail. It names what is building it and links to the proof, so you can trust what you see.

What to expect:

  • Building means active work is still underway.
  • Almost live means the work is done on your request and it will go live with the next update.
  • If work stops before it is finished, the request returns to its earlier stage instead of staying stuck.

If you want background on what shipped around your request, you can also ask about your product.
