Increase your limits

See a clear notice when you hit a limit and upgrade yourself or contact support to keep working.

Published

If you hit a limit on the free plan, you will see a clear notice that explains what happened and how to keep working.

You might see this when you run out of credits, when you reach the cap for products or repositories, or when you have no member slots left.

What you can do

You can upgrade to a paid plan on your own. Paid Pro and Team plans belong to your organization, not to one person, so everyone in the organization keeps access.

If you are running low on credits, what you see depends on your role. If you own the organization, the warning takes you to the plans page. If you are a member, it takes you to the usage meter so you can see what has been used.

If a paid plan is not what you need, you can contact support to ask for a limit adjustment.

What to expect

When you are fully out of credits, you will see a message that tells you that you are out and points you to the next step.

If you only need more room for a busy period, you can also buy extra credits for busy months. To understand how use is counted, see pay only for the AI you actually use.
