Use your own address for your help center

Show your help center at your own trusted address on paid plans with one setup step.

Published

Your help center can live at your own address, so readers stay on a name they already trust.

On paid plans, you can show the help center at your own address instead of the standard one. Existing links keep working, and new shared links use your address once it is ready.

Set up your address

Add the single record shown in settings to prove you own the address. You only need this one step.

Once you add it, your address is checked automatically. You will see live status in settings, with guidance on what to fix if something is not right.

If the access key you entered is not accepted, you will see a message that says so. If the key is accepted but still lacks access, you will be pointed to the missing access instead.

What to expect

Setup is separate for help centers and widgets, so each has its own address. This keeps shared links and install code pointing to the right place.

If you change plans or remove your address, readers can still reach your content through the standard address.
