Keep chat answers clean and simple

When you ask about your product in chat, you get a clear answer you can read and share. You do not need to sort through background detail to find it.

While your answer is being prepared, you will see a pulsing Thinking indicator. This tells you work is in progress.

Once the answer is ready, background detail stays tucked away so the conversation is easy to follow.

You can show or hide that extra detail when you want more context. Your choice applies everywhere in chat and is remembered the next time you sign in, so you do not need to set it again.
