Share one product with outside guests

You can share a single product with people outside your team, without opening up everything else you work on.

This is useful for clients, contractors, or reviewers who need to follow one product, leave feedback, or check progress, but should not see your other products.

Add them to the product or invite them as a guest. As you type a name or email, you will see matching suggestions so you can pick the right person instead of typing the full address. If that address is already a member or already has a pending invite, you will see a warning so you do not send a duplicate.

What to expect:

• Guests can access only the product you shared, not the rest of your organization.
• If an invite lapses or the email never arrives, you can send it again from the members page or from the product's guest list. The new invite comes with a fresh link and a new expiry window.
