Know when your request is done

Get a message when the team confirms your request is ready, including when it was grouped with other work.

Published

You do not need to keep checking back on an idea or bug you filed. You get a message when the team confirms it is ready.

When your request is confirmed as completed, you are notified so you know you can use it.

What you get

You receive an email that leads with the title of your request and what happened to it. It is sent in your language where supported.

The message links directly to the finished work so you can open it and see the result.

If your request was grouped with another one

Sometimes similar requests are grouped together so the team builds them once. If that happened to yours, you still hear back.

You get one notice for your part, not a set of near-identical copies. If your part points to a single piece of work, the notice links straight to it. If it covers several pieces, the notice points to the main request where they came together.

What to do next

Open the link in the message to review what shipped. If something still looks wrong, add a comment on the request or file a new request.

To keep up with all your updates in the product, see your notification inbox. To learn what happens when an idea is not planned, see Get notified when your request is rejected.
