See what each request really involves

Each request shows how much work it needs and how much it moves your product forward.

Published

Every request you capture gets a reality check, so a quick fix and a huge project never look the same in your list.

You see two separate readings for each request: how much work it will take, and how much it moves your product forward when delivered. They are independent. A one-line fix that unblocks everyone can be high impact even if it is small. A large project on the edge of your product can be low impact even if it takes a lot of work.

Where you see it

The details of each request show an impact badge, from minimal to very high. Most requests land in the middle. High is less common, and very high is rare, so you can compare requests with confidence.

To keep the overview readable, the request list itself shows only effort. Hover over a badge to confirm which scale you are looking at.

Make it your own

If you disagree with the automatic reading, you can set the impact yourself and pin it. A pinned value stays as you set it and is not changed by a later automatic review.

Use both readings together to sort what matters now from what can wait. Start with work that is low effort and high impact, and think twice before large, low-impact work.
