You can capture bugs and ideas in one place and follow each one from start to delivery, so nothing gets lost between asking and shipping.

Send a bug when something is broken, or an idea when you want something new. You can keep working while it is filed.

What to expect when you file

Filing runs in the background. You can start your next request or leave the page, and you will be notified when your request is filed, when it needs an answer from you, or when it could not finish.

You can follow progress from a single activity spot. It opens questions, filed results, and corrections in a side panel.

If sending fails, your text and images are kept so you can try again. To learn more, see File requests without waiting.

Follow the conversation

During planning, the assistant may end its turn with one clear question, with up to four answers you can tap. The question stays in the conversation. If it needs more detail, see Answer follow-up questions on requests.

Organize and find requests

Filter the list by effort estimate, from extra-small to extra-large, and by expected product impact. This makes questions like “small but high-impact” easy to answer. See Filter requests by effort and impact.

You can also open the list already filtered by status through a link, for example to show only delivered and closed work. See See requests filtered by status.

See what shipped

Deliveries waiting for confirmation live in their own Delivered tab, with a count that stays visible until you confirm them. See See deliveries waiting for confirmation.

Requests that were closed without shipping read Archived, not Done, so confirmed deliveries stay separate from discarded ideas.
