Delete and restore products and organizations

Deleting a product or an organization does not mean losing it right away. If you delete something by mistake, you can bring it back within 30 days.

Only managers and owners can delete and restore. Use this when you want to clean up old work but keep a safety net.

What happens when you delete

When you delete a product or an organization, it is hidden from everyday use but kept for 30 days. You can restore it during that time with its content intact.

The name becomes available right away. You can reuse the same name for a new product or organization without waiting.

Limits also update right away. A deleted item no longer counts toward your allowed number, so you free up the space as soon as you delete.

What to expect from a restore

Restoring brings back the deleted product or organization as it was. After 30 days the deletion becomes permanent and it can no longer be restored.
