What you can see

Who is online now and who has signed in.
One person's visits, screens viewed, and actions taken.
Feedback they left, support conversations they took part in, and requests linked to them.
Daily totals so you can spot trends over time.

Why it helps

When you see what someone did before they asked for something, you understand their request faster. You can also check whether a change you shipped is being used.

Usage tracking is not collecting new activity yet, so you will see what was saved before. You can also read the same information from your connected data tools.
