Share a presentation with a link

You can share a presentation with colleagues or stakeholders without sending large files. Send them a link and they can view it any time.

Use this when you want to walk someone through recent work, share a status update, or keep everyone looking at the same version.

Your link always shows something useful. While a new version is being prepared, or if something goes wrong during an update, the link keeps showing the last saved version instead of a blank page. You do not need to resend it.
