Never lose a request draft

Your unfinished request text is saved automatically for each product and cleared after you send it.

You can start writing a request and finish it later. Your text is saved automatically as you type, so you will not lose it if you move to another page or close and reopen the request creator.

Each draft belongs to the product where you typed it.

What to expect

If you switch to a different product without leaving the page, you will see that product's own draft. Your text does not carry over.
Any conversation and result shown with the draft also stay with that product. They do not carry over either.
Select New request to start fresh. It puts your cursor directly in the text field without filling anything in or changing a draft you already started.
When you send your request, the draft is cleared. You will start with an empty field next time.
