Stay current during product updates

You can leave featury open while you work. When we release a new version, your open tab moves to the new version on its own so you can keep working without a broken page.

What to expect

You do not need to do anything. The tab notices that a new version is available and reloads itself in the background. Your work continues on the current version.

We fixed cases where this check could miss an update right after a release. Now a tab open during an update reliably finds the new version and reloads instead of showing an error.

If something looks wrong

If the first reload does not fix things, you will see a short warning with a button to try again, instead of a blank page. Use the button to reload once more.

You should also see fewer false alarms. A minor background issue that once sent people to the error screen no longer does that when everything else is fine. Real problems still show a message as usual. If you still have trouble after trying again, sign out and sign back in or open featury in a fresh tab.
