See what is being built before it ships
See what is still being built, what is almost live, and what is waiting in your release lane.
You can see what your team is building before it ships. featury looks beyond your main branch and shows work that is still in progress, so you know what is on its way.
Where to look
Open Changes and select the Building tab. It lists everything in development before it is released, with a count badge so you can tell at a glance that something is coming. The main feed stays focused on what has already shipped. See See what shipped in plain language.
You can also see in-progress work directly on your product map. See See what is being built before it ships.
How to read what you see
Work still being written shows as Building. Work that is already merged and only waiting to go live shows as Almost live.
A request that is being built names what is building it, either the pull request or the release branch, with a link to the proof. See See when a request is being built.
Work on your staging branch shows a staging mark in the feed and overview, so it is clear it has not reached your main branch yet. You can choose that branch per repository. See Set a staging branch per repository.
What is waiting to go live
Your release lane shows how many commits it is ahead in its header. Open it to see the separate merged pull requests waiting inside it. This makes it clear the lane holds a set of finished work ready to go live, not one single change.
If the work behind a request disappears, for example when its pull request is closed without merging or its branch is removed, the request no longer stays stuck. It returns to its previous stage automatically.
