Create a help center for your product
Give each product its own public help site with searchable guides visitors can use without signing in.
A help center lets your users find answers on their own, without asking your team.
Each product can have its own public help site. Visitors can use it without signing in. They can search guides, read pages, and leave feedback on whether a page helped.
How it works
You do not start from a blank page. Draft pages are written for you based on what your product does. You review each draft and publish the ones you want to share.
Once published, your help center is a public site for your readers. You can also link to it from your own screens, so people find help where they need it.
Your address
Your help center has its own dedicated address, and any help widget has its own address too. If you shared links before, those links keep working. New shared links and new install code use the new addresses.
On paid plans you can use your own address for your help center. The setup is checked automatically, and your plan shows what is included. Learn more in Use your own address for your help center.
You stay in control of what gets published. Only the pages you publish are visible to the public.
