How we handle your privacy and data

Clear privacy and terms that explain who handles your data, what AI services see, and how to stop access.

Published

You want to know who sees your code, what is kept, and how to stop access. Our privacy and terms answer those questions in plain language.

What you can learn

The privacy policy starts with a Who is responsible section. It names who operates the service and who to contact about your personal data. The terms name the same operator. You can read both in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

They explain which outside AI services handle your code, that one of them may keep what it receives and use it for training, and that disconnecting a repository stops future reading.

A dedicated page also explains what a connected AI app can see and do, what is kept and for how long, and how to cut off access.

Where you see the notice

Every screen where you can create an account shows a Terms of Service and Privacy Policy notice. That includes registration, sign-in, and invite screens. The notice sits below the button that creates the account, and the links open in your language in a new tab.

You can start there in Sign in.

Images you share

If you add screenshots or photos to a request or chat, they are described by the same private models that handle chats. Those models do not use what they receive for training. Voice notes and documents work as before.
