Sign out of other devices
Stay signed in where you are while signing out on all your other phones, tablets, and browsers.
If you lost a phone or tablet, or you signed in on a shared computer, you can protect your account without signing yourself out everywhere.
Sign out of other devices signs you out on every other phone, tablet, and browser, while keeping you signed in where you are now.
When to use it
Use it after you lose a device, leave yourself signed in on a computer someone else uses, or notice activity you do not recognize. Your other sessions are closed, so anyone holding one of those devices will need to sign in again.
How to use it
On your account page, next to your password settings, choose Sign out of other devices.
You will see a message confirming it worked or asking you to try again. You stay signed in on the device you used, and your other phones, browsers, and tabs are signed out.
Signing out normally only ends the session on the device you are using. Your other devices stay signed in. This option is the one to use when you want to close everything else at once.
If you need to change your password too, see Update your profile and password. To learn how signing in works, see Sign in and stay signed in.
