Submit requests via WhatsApp

You can send bugs, ideas and feature requests through WhatsApp without opening the web app. It is useful when you notice something on the go and want featury to remember it for you.

When you are back in featury you can follow the request, answer questions about it and track it to delivery. See Capture bugs and ideas and track them for what happens next.

What to expect in the chat

The conversation guides you step by step. If your message stops at the length limit, just reply with what you wanted to change and your reply shapes the next try. It does not start over.

The same is true when featury asks you a question. Answer in the chat and your answer goes to that same conversation. You can learn more in Answer clarifying questions on requests.

You only get a ready message when something was actually saved. If nothing new was saved yet, you will not get a confirmation that sends you to an empty page.

If your number is not found

When you connect WhatsApp, check that your number includes the country code. A number without its country code may show as not found.
