Upgrade to a paid plan

You can move your organization from the free plan to a paid plan on your own, when you need more room to work. There is no need to wait for someone to set it up for you.

featury offers Pro and Team plans for organizations that have outgrown the free plan. The plan belongs to the organization, not to one person, so everyone in the organization shares the same plan.

The price is per organization. You manage the subscription yourself for your organization.

What to expect

Your plan stays steady while you make changes:

• If you cancel a plan, it stays cancelled. A late payment for that cancelled plan will not turn it back on.
• If you move to a new plan, the change goes through. A later message about the old plan ending will not drop you back to the free plan.
• If you start a checkout for a new plan and your card is declined, you keep the paid plan you already have. A successful checkout moves you to the new plan as normal.
• When you buy extra credits, they arrive together with the payment they belong to. If something goes wrong, the purchase is retried once so you are credited exactly once.
