Understand your plan limits

Plan limits keep your use fair and show what happens when you reach a cap or delete an organization.

Published

Plan limits keep your use of featury fair and predictable. They make sure one workspace cannot use more than its plan allows, so you avoid surprise costs and slowdowns.

What counts toward your plan

Your plan sets caps for things like how many organizations you can create, how many people can join, and how much AI work you can use each month. When you reach a cap, featury will ask you to wait, free up space, or change plans before you continue.

AI work is measured in credits. Each organization has a monthly credit quota, and you can see how much is left, how use has changed over the last 30 days, and where credits were spent. Learn more in Track your AI usage and limits.

Daily chat and report limits also apply. See Check your daily usage to follow yours.

Deleted organizations still count for a while

If you delete an organization, it goes to the trash first. It still counts toward your free organization limit until it is permanently deleted. This prevents creating new free slots by deleting and recreating organizations.

Restore it from the trash if you still need it, or permanently delete it to free the slot. See Delete and restore products and organizations.

If you need more

If a limit blocks your work, check your current use first, then ask about raising it in Increase your limits.
