Approve new signups manually

You decide how new people enter your workspace: let them in right away or review them first.

By default, new signups go straight to the free plan. There is no waiting and no extra step for you. This works well if you want anyone to try your product without friction.

If you would rather keep the door closed, you can turn on manual approval. Then a new signup waits until you review and approve them before they can enter. Use this when you want to control who gets access.

What to expect:

• With automatic entry, people can start using the product as soon as they sign up.
• With manual approval, people wait until you approve them.

If you use manual approval, you can approve new signups from email when someone asks to join.

Choosing what is right for you

Keep automatic entry if you want growth and easy trials. Turn on manual approval if you want to check each person first.
