Confirm delivered requests

When work that looks like it finishes your request is found, you decide if it really does. Nothing closes on similarity alone.

Deliveries waiting for your confirmation live in the Delivered tab, next to Now, Next, and Overview. It brings together everything ready to review in one place, so your other lists stay focused on what is still to do.

A green badge always shows how many deliveries are waiting. It stays visible so the loop gets closed, without getting in your way.

What to expect

Open the Delivered tab when you are ready to review. If everything has been delivered, the Now view tells you that you are all caught up and points you to the confirmation list, instead of saying there are no requests.

When you close a request that was already confirmed as delivered, you will see a single Request delivered note. You will not see a second, repeated confirmation underneath it, and you will not wait for another check. This applies when delivery was confirmed by a reference in the work, by a high-confidence match, or by a check that your product already did what was asked.

Closings you make by hand or by merging one request into another are still checked before they close. If you reopen a request and close it again, the check runs again.
