Terms and privacy before you sign up

Every sign-up screen shows the Terms and Privacy Policy before your account is created.

Published

You can read the rules before you join. Every screen that can create an account shows a short notice about the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, so you agree with your eyes open.

You will see the notice on registration, on sign in, and when you accept an invite. It sits below the button that creates your account.

The notice includes links to the Terms and the Privacy Policy. The links open in a new tab in your language, so you can read them without losing your place.

Creating an account means you accept those terms. You do not need to check a box or take an extra step.

To manage product update emails, see Control product update emails. To learn how to join, see Create your account and sign in. To learn how your data is handled, see How we handle your privacy and data.

You can start on the Sign in page.
