Manage members and invites

Control who can enter your workspace, check invite status, and re-send invites that expired or never arrived.

You decide who can enter your workspace and what each person is allowed to do.

Use this to keep access correct as your team changes, and to make sure outside guests only see what you intended.

See who has access

You can see current members, pending invites, and what permission level each person has. If an invite has lapsed, it now reads as Expired with how long ago it expired, so you will not mistake it for an invite that is still waiting.

Recover a pending invite

If an invite expired or the email never arrived, you can send it again.

You can re-send a pending invite from both the members page and the product's guest list. The person gets a fresh link and a new expiry window.
