Understand your member limit
Your organization has a member limit, and pending invites count toward it.
Your plan includes a limit on how many people can join your organization. The limit helps you stay within what you agreed to and see how many spots you have left.
Pending invites count as reserved spots. If you invite someone and they have not joined yet, that spot is already taken.
You can see where you stand in two places. The members page shows how many spots are used, including pending invites. The billing page shows your used spots out of your total limit.
When the limit is reached, you cannot send new invites. The invite option is disabled until you free up a spot by removing a member or cancelling a pending invite.
If someone tries to accept an invite to an organization that is already full, they will see a message saying the organization is full. They will not be able to join.
What to do if you need more spots
If you regularly run out of room, you may need a higher limit. Learn how to Increase your limits.
To add or remove people when you have room, see Invite people to your workspace and Manage workspace members and roles.
